Expedited Domestic (1-2 days) — $20 flat rate
International Post (time varies depending on location) – $25 flat rate

Jewelry Care
We take pride in our materials. We use high quality stones and fine cabochons from reputable craftsmen and women. We use quality recycled sterling silver, 14k gold and 14k gold filled. Sterling silver will naturally oxidize or tarnish over time. 14k gold filled may take on a slight patina with wear. We recommend keeping your jewelry stored carefully and keeping it dry. A jewelry care card comes with every purchase with instructions, as well as a small polish cloth.
Custom Work
Please contact us if you would like to discuss a custom piece. Generally it will take 4-6 weeks to complete a custom piece, however timing may vary throughout the year. Rush jobs can sometimes be accommodated for an additional fee.
A 50% deposit is required after the design is finalized. The remainder is due at completion. Please contact us with any questions about the financial end.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your piece, please contact us at msheahanstudio@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt. Please note that we do not refund the cost of shipping. After 7 days of receipt we do not offer cash refunds. Exchanges or store credit are offered for items up to 30 days after purchase.
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
1) Any item that was purchased more than 30 days ago
2) Any item that is not in its original condition
3) Sale items
We stand behind the quality of our jewelry. If your jewelry does not fit properly, needs adjustment or breaks within the limits of normal wear/tear, we will fix the item free of charge. If your piece breaks for reasons other than normal wear/tear, we are happy to repair it for a small cost plus shipping. Please contact us at msheahanstudio@gmail.com.
If you wish to send us an item for return or repair you must have your original proof of purchase. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
We are not responsible for damage incurred during shipping.
